Digital Operations Manager

We are looking for a Digital Operations Manager to lead and manage all digital initiatives across marketing, web development, content, and business analytics. This role is ideal for someone who can work across multiple digital functions, connect strategy with execution, and use data to guide decisions.
Internship Pathway: This position is currently open through a 3-month unpaid internship. It is a genuine opportunity to prove yourself: strong performers move into the full-time Digital Operations Manager role with high, performance-based pay at the end of the internship. Working hours are flexible and can be arranged around college, including weekends, making this a practical fit for students and recent graduates.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Marketing: Plan and execute campaigns across social media, email, and paid channels; manage brand consistency across platforms; coordinate with designers, content creators, and vendors
- Web Development: Maintain and improve the company website and digital platforms; ensure fast load times and SEO optimization; troubleshoot issues and coordinate fixes with developers
- Content: Plan, create, and manage content across the website, blog, and social media; keep content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals; manage content calendars and publishing schedules
- Business Analytics: Track and analyze website traffic, campaign performance, and customer behavior; prepare regular reports for leadership; use data to recommend improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in digital marketing, web management, or a related field
- Basic understanding of website platforms such as WordPress or similar
- Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics
- Strong content writing and editing skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once
- Good communication skills to work with internal teams and external vendors
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SEO and paid advertising campaigns
- Basic knowledge of HTML or CMS platforms

Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure client requirements are understood and met
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience, construction or infrastructure industry preferred
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Self motivated with the ability to work independently
Legal Advisor

We’re seeking a Legal Advisor to support Vanamali Group with contract review, regulatory compliance, and legal matters related to construction and infrastructure projects, including tenders and government contracts.
Responsibilities:
- Review and draft contracts, agreements, and tender documents
- Ensure compliance with construction and labor regulations
- Advise leadership on legal risks and obligations
- Support dispute resolution when needed
Requirements:
- Law degree with relevant experience, construction or real estate law preferred
